Asked for Male, 65 Years

I'm a 65 year old male I had a vasectomy in my late 20's since then have ejaculated what I presume is protactic fluid in varying amounts depending on the periods of abstenance inbetween orgasms. Two months ago I had a Uti treated with antibiotics it as not sex related. since then I have formed a new relationship if I materbate or am masterbated I only have dry orgasms . there is some prostatic fluid leak post orgasm but no spuirts What could be the problem and can it be treated?
