Dry nose and burning
Had subtotal inferiorTurbinoplasty surgery 5 years back. Now facing nasal dryness and burning . Have history of allergies. Why is this happening? No other complaints. Using nasoclear drops.

Nasal dryness can be because empty nose anteriorly , post surgery due to which crusting happens oftenly. Apply Glycerine and pour saline nasal drops If severe dryness prefer alkaline nasal douching
