Dry nose and bleed
I have dry nose from age of 10 due to which I has nosebleed problem so I used neosporin ointment for it but I don't feel good sometimes get relief but comes back again I eat something cold I get dry nose the for long time so did you suggest any ointment for me that's reduces dry nose and I get relief from it

You can use liquid paraffin nose drops to get rid of the dry nasal mucosa . Also avoid hard blowing of nose if you are doing so . A diagnostic nasal endoscopy will be needed to evaluate if there is any gross septal deviation with spur which might be causing recurring of epistaxis
