Dry lusterless hair
I m 24. I used to have a lot of split ends in my hair. I was fed up of cutting my hair short each time ,cuz I wanted long healthy hair. Apart from having split ends I never had any other problem like dandruff and my hair would always be smooth and straight. A few days back I saw this home remedy on net where curry leaves are put in castor oil , and coconut oil and boiled and strained and applied to hair for healthy and long growth. I tried that oil. Now I dunno if there is any connection but after I applied that oil my hair has become ridiculously frizzy , dry , brittle and lusterless. At least earlier I had lustrous and smooth hair. I used ayurvedic shampoo and conditioner. Or could this be becuz of cold westher ? What ever the reason.. I really want back my smooth hair . Pls advise any remedy that works faster. I 'll stop using that curry leave oil.. thank u

Care AI Shimmer
Hi there! please relax. I really wonder if that mixture caused all this because most oils condition the hair.still you never know because everyone responds differently to everything. There might be other reason like some deficiency, illness, drugs or a product.
Next Steps
use a sulphate free shampoo and conditioner, take biotin supplement, avoid processed foods, eat nuts, yogurt and iron rich food.avoid colouring hair, blow drying and any other chemicals in hair
