Dry hair skin problems loosing weight

I'm 40 years old lady. There is no glow on face dry skin dark hand portion. Hair fall continues. No grow in hair. Blackheads on chin. Manusration changes from last 2/3months in some month 10days before the date, some month 15 days. Also loosing weight. Plz help
