Dry frizzy split end hair

I used to have very thick ,shiny straight hair but I chemically smoothening it than my hair fall out 60 %of it.now m hairfall had stopped but now my hairs are very dry , frizzy and thin .And my straight hair turned wavy and frizzy.How can I repair it. I conditioned it .apply hot oil and also I eat healthy but my hairs still dry and brittle but my scalp is oily
