I have a dry flaky skin and my skin itches especially during summers.Its not only when I go outside during heat It also occurs inside my house if it is hot. I start scratching all over my body.I've seen many doctors and they prescribed different medicines and lotions which were effective for sometime but later even if I apply those there is no use.Is there any actual cure for this skin problem?
