Dry Face Skin

Face skin is very dry. On both sides of the nose, skin appears to be flaky. I apply Wow night serum which makes the skin drier. There are some warts on the face too. They seem to be spreading. Face skin does not look healthy at all. Please suggest a healthy skin care routine and some medications for warts.

Hi Flakiness and redness around the nose could be due to seborrhoeic dermatitis. Small lesions over cheek looks like milia. Milia are removed by minor procedures. No creams for that.
