Dear doctor, My baby is 3 months old. Due to winter baby's face is very dry and rashes are there. We use himalaya baby cream but not so effective. Any other remedy for baby's dry skin.

Hi! Before bath you can apply oil and give massage once or twice a day followed by bath with lukewarm water. Apply cetaphil moisturiser twice daily. After bath do not dry completely, just pat and apply moisturiser on a bit damp skin.

Hi, Do oil massage and then bath the baby regularly Apply cetaphil cream or physiogel after the bath 2-3 times/ day.
