Dry eye issue
Hello Dr. I am a female of 40 years old I am facing dry eye issue since last 15 days I went to the eye specialist they gave me a tear making eye drop and told me to do warm compress.my vision is 6/6 .But because of dry eyes I face blur vision problem my eye lids get swell in the morning and my eyes also get tired .I am a vaat and pitta prakriti patient. Kindly help me if I can do anything in Ayurveda to rectify this problem I would be really grateful to you. Regards

Thanks for trusting Ayurveda and seeking help on authentic platform. Got ur concern and good u approached eye specialist and ur dr also screened and shared it's due to dryness. Artificial tears surely do add value for short time but it's due to core concern . Surely U might have started managing screen time
Next Steps
Application of camphor mixed warm coconut oil on palm feet naval area and head prior sleeping. add khus in ur drinking water. say sorry for carbonated/soft/energy/red bull/charger drinks reduce pickle salty n sour snacks bread biscuits have 5gm Amala(pomegranate,kokam are some sour can be taken for next 15-30 fays) powder in water empty stomach and 5gm Jeshthmadh powder prior bed.

some ayurveda therapies like Tarpan i.e.  Eye bath with Medicinal Ghee for 5-7days after mild shuddhi will serve for longer
