Dry cough with right chest pain

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am female, 30. From past 1 month am having dry cough. Whenever I intake medicines, it goes away for a short period & comes back again,doctor said this is due to dust allergy.Now frm past 4 days my right chest is too hurting when I cough, Even when I bend or take long breathe.Never happend like this to me b4 wen I get cough.pl suggest some remdies
