Dry cough, sever at night
My wife getting dry cough, at night it is increasing severely. And took the couple of cough syrup and try keeping ginger or cloves is no luck.
Kindly suggest the medicine where the cough get rid off.

What do you mean with "at night" . Is it while she sleeps or is it just because its night.
If at all its while she sleeps then it may be a case of acid regurgitation ,the acid irritates your lung and causes you to cough.
For now I'll suggest you to avoid spicy oily and late night heavy diet .avoid soft drinks and acidic food.walk for sometime after dinner and keep a gap of 2 hrs between dinner and time you go to bed.
For cough take Grillinctus BM
And for acidity pantoprazole 40 mg 1 - 0 - 1.
Half hour Before lunch and before dinner .
