Dry cough from last 2 month
My wife is pregnant of 29 week 2 days pregnant and she is suffering from dry cough from last 2 month mainly in night She is also suffering from thyroid which is 13 and hemoglobin level is 7.5 and her afi is 23.93 I asked her doctor but she didn't say anything about dry cough I tried everything but dry cough problem didn't solve What is the reason of dry cough and what should I do..?? Please suggest me something

The reason fr the dry cough is changing season n consequent viral infection Also patients with a low hemoglobin hv a poor immunity n that's the reason
