Dry bumps on testicles

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Dry bumps on testicles clearing in the middle with surrounding area affected. Apply gold bond to wick moisture and don't know if that was causing this. No itching or any pain to the bumps but it's a little sensitive when pressure is applied
