Recommendations doesn't depend only on skin type but also depend on other aspects like skin concern, any underlying skin condition and that has to be considered first
Bioderma sensiobio range is extremely good and is recommended
Sunscreen part I would say go for physical sunscreen but we need to take detailed consultation for proper understanding of skin
