I have a very dry and frizzy hair.consulted a Hir doctor. doctor asked me to use revitalising shampoo and conditioner with serum. But not much difference , it still looks very dry dull and frizzy. I would like to get a permanent hair smoothening from a parlour. need your suggestion whether there is any side effects or any hair loss or dandruff after this treatment.
