Dry and cracked lips

Asked for Male, 24 Years

My lips are dry and lip balms have not been effective. Used Nivea , Vaseline etc. It's same for last one month. Can you suggest some other lip balms or any other effective method to get rid of it.

This may be more than just dryness if you are not having imnprovement with lip balms; Vaseline jelly in general is good enough in most cases.
