Dry & crack palm skin

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Pls find the attached pics of my palm skin dryness. Pls suggest blood tests need to be carried out for checking any severity & cause of this. As earlier it was all ok. And now it is not even a winter seasons where skin dries. In this summers also it is same. Improper Fingerprint on biometric machine is also a big concern. I m unable to mark my attendance. Pls suggest blood tests to be carried out to find out the root casue of this issue.
