Drug induced gastropathy
Hi I have IBs and I can't take all medications because my stomach starts cramping , I have done ct scan and endoscopy in 2021 due to stomach pain all came out normal
From febrauary my gynecologist had put me on lot of supplements and ivf medications now I got severe cramps went back to my gastric doctor he examined physically and put me on antacids
He said he will do endoscopy for my peace of mind
I am no understanding what he has written

Continue antacid. Anxiety increases acid secretions. Avoid medicines causing hyperacidity.
