Drowsiness in morning..
Am getting drowsiness in mornings , am on fluvator 50 at morning, pexep cr 12.5 at night and nortimer too at night, to overcome from negative thoughts and depressed mood. Pls advise me why it's happening?

Since how long are you on these medicines? While drowsiness may be due to your primary illness, it can also be a side effect of medicines. Secondly you are recieving 3 medicines in suboptimal doses. That could be changed. Try taking Fluvator at night and see if you feel better. Also, what are your sleep and wake up times? Lot more questions need to be asked before reaching any conclusions.   Feel free to consult me for the same

It is required to analyse since when u feeling this after the medicines or before the medicines. Secondly, for negative thoughts you can start venting out the same either by talking to someone or writing the same and throwing followed by saying positive self affirmations to self

Take fluvator in night as well.. Discus with your psychiatrist if any of the 3 medication can be reduced.
