Hi thanks for your approach to us. Over tieredness is leading to drowsiness and irritation in the eyes. Try to take more fluids, fruits and vegetables mainly cucumber, pumpkin which helps to store water in your body, don't skip the meal. And you can do relaxation exercises for relaxing your body and mind. Have routine don't sleep at late night which might cause more restless. May be once you can contact your physician. Take care.

It seems you are very tired and that is making you drowsy and your eyes are watering. For medication, you'd need to consult a psychiatrist.
