I have high BP from last 10month I am on medicine. My age is 27. For last 3 month I am facing sudden drop heart beat in chest while walking or setting. And this is very scary. I have done ECG echo all are ok. I am searching in internet find cardiac channelopathy symptom. I am very scared. Please help

It is very likely that you're having a fall of BP suddenly for which you should meet your treating doctor and alter the medications. Kindly do check your HbA1C as well to check your glycemic control is within normal limits or not. I would advise you to have some lime juice with salt the next time you feel like your heart beat has dropped and see if you have any improvement in doing so. Kindly refrain from driving vehicle. If problems persist visit the nearest ER
