My grandfather has prostatomy 35days ago and now he complain of dripping after urination about 2hr.he is 73 year old. 12year ago angioplasty is done .the operation of prostatomy is held in bhandhari hospital Jaipur Rajasthan

Post prostate adenectomy incontinence is a known problem which can occur few patients undergoing the operation. Get reevaluation done by a urologist for further assessment and needful. Perineal muscles tone building exercises(,kegel'exercise) helps in this problem
