Your diet looks to be high in spices and meat Animal based protein will cause acidosis in the body and the acid will be removed via kidney So consider switching to plant based protein Regarding water intake Your body is needing more water Urine concentration will vary depending on the body needs You may consider drinking 4 lit per day and get urine examination done to rule out urinary tract infection
Next Steps
Nephrology consultation with urine examination culture and ultrasound abdomen

Looks like you have several digestive, urination and eye problems. The blood tests you performed in May of this year were normal. However, it appears that you have not been thoroughly evaluated in terms of urination and digestion. It is desirable to obtain these in order to correctly identify your problem and then treat it.  It is possible that all of these issues are related to a single illness (systemic disease).  You would relevant blood and urine tests, abdominal scan, opthalmic (eye) examination to begin with.
Next Steps
Do not panic. Consult a doctor first. He or she will ask you the right questions, examine you, and do the right tests to figure out what's wrong and then treat you. If you need to see a specialist, you will be sent to the right one.
