Drier skin and hyperpigmentation

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have been suffering with acne and acne marks..and last week I consulted a dermatologist and he prescribed me to use cligel in the morning for 3 hrs and pinion .05 in the evening for 3 hrs ..after this whole week now my skin become more drier like sunburn and hyperpigmentation ...what should I do for it
