hi,
first please calm down dreams are a connection to your thought process in your subconscious mind. in recent times things have been crucial due to covid, everywhere around you, there must be news of people falling sick and were struggling to be admitted in the hospital, this might have impacted your mind, remained in there to an extent that it was expressed in your dreams.
Don't be scared just because negative news attracts us more we forget to see the good news, for instance During covid number of recovery was way more than a number of casulties .Do not worry your parents are fine and healthy.spend time with them and try to practice deep breathing that helps develop calmness.

Hi, I understand you are feeling anxious after waking up to an unpleasant dream. You are feeling worried. It is not necessary that an unpleasant dream should be a reflection of real life. It will take time to feel better and less worried after encountering a bad dream. Do not worry you will be fine. You can talk about your dream and how you feel with a psychologist and counseling sessions will help you.
