Thanks for your reply. I understood the symptoms. My wife is sometimes unrealistic and have mood swings .she always fights with everyone with over imagination . Her concern is no one should tell anything faulty about her and if so she will be keep thinking about it. Even at office she created lots of misunderstanding with everyone
One day she complains about that person next day she praise him. Her mom is hysteria patient . Her brother is also not behaving well and had a shock treatment in past. My sincere aim is to make her live like everyone else . I feel it's my responsibilities to cure her if there is any. But she is afraid of physciatrist. The moment she hears that name she starts to react abnormal and bounce to oral fight . How can I do counselling without her knowing we art doing it ?

Hi there,
Seems like you are having a lot of trouble with your relationship. Going by your description, you wife may be suffering from a personality disorder (wherein her experience of the external world is skewed by certain unoptimal beliefs). The crux of the matter is that she is also suffering when all these problems are occuring around her. Try to put herself in her shoes and understand why life is so stressful for her . Once you begin to understand how she is feeling, please acknowledge her distress "I know you are feeling bad" "I know you are stressed" and then calmly ask her if she would need some help with the stress .
I believe this may help you - http://blog.thevividmind.org/category/personality-disorders/page/2/
