Doubt on pregnancy

Doctor, I' not sure that the sperms has gone inside me . How can i know weather im a pregnant or not? The very next day,there were heavy bleeding. Im really anxious now. how can i check it without consulting a doctor? its not been 24 hrs after the sex. Please provide some good way to check . I've read about the usual symptoms in the net. Since this is the first day ,I think, I havnet felt all the symptoms but some. If im preg ,what is the safest way to avoid it cleanly.? is pills usefull? if yes please do name it as its available in the medical shop. Or suggest me another way to do it safely. hope there will be a well described answer for my ALL QUESTIONS soon. Please do help me coz i dont have any other way.
