Doubt of piles
I felt some burning and some blood in my anal area due to  often constipation from 1 month. 3days back I have noticed a small hemaroids out of my anus. I think it's the time to use medicines to cure that problem. Suggest some medicines please.

Your problem is due to fissure. Associated swelling in anus could be due to external piles. This commonly occurs in patients with constipation and history of passing hard stools.
