Douching inner anal area
I recently recovered from anal fissure and IBS due to stress. I was on a bland food diet till recently, and I am now slowly introducing normal homemade food with spices in it. After eating spicy food, i feel a burn in the inner anal area when i pass stools the next day. This burn stays for a few minutes only, say less than 5 mins. This gives me a very uncomfortable thought in my mind that, though i wash my outer anal area with water, my inner anal area isn't clean and that is the reason why i have the burn. My question is, can i Douch my inner anal area (use a douch kit / enema kit with warm water to clean my inner anal area)? I saw this on the internet and wanted to know if this is safe?
