My 15 year old brother took 3 tablets of Crocin 500 mg because he is very sad of something and now he told me what should i do. Please answer please

Paracetamol pediatric dose is 15mg/kg/dose assuming ur 15 yr old brother weighs 50 kgs that adds up to 750mg per dose It can generally be taken 4 times a day so upto 3000mg which is 3grams can be take . As ur brother just consumed 1500mg its not a toxic dose . Toxic dose that manifests symptoms start at 5-8gm a day so dont worry ur brother is going to be fine .
