Can I give Azithral 200 syrup (afternoon only) and paracetamol 125 syrup at night to my 2yr old baby?

Considering baby's weight as 12kg, Yes you can give Azithral (200mg/5ml) 3ml once a day for 5 days. And paracetamol-125mg   5ml whenever fever comes or max 4 times a day with 6 hrs gap between the doses. Hope you have started these with doctors advise only.
