Deworming syrup dosage
Hi My son is 34 months premature twin baby and he completed 23 months So far we didn't give deworming Syrup. How much dosage we need to give 200 mg or 400 mg Is it ok to give 400 mg as he completed 23 months based upon birth date?

For all children who are more than 24 completed months, albendazole is 400mg. Given biannually. Give at night after food. Does is wrt chronological age . N after 2 years, only the chronological age taken. So give 400mg.
