Dosage of multivitamins
Hi, Because of pandemic, I am locked in my house and nutrition might be slightly off. My meals generally consist of rice, dal, eggs, bread, butter, brocolli, carrot, cucumber, tomato and onion. Brocolli, carrot, cucumber and spinach is consumed only 2-3 days a week. I would prefer taking a multivitamin for covering up the vitamins and minerals i might be missing out on. A to Z Ns, Bicosule and Limc tablets are available without prescription. But i am not sure about the dosage of any of those. Advise on dosage of any supplements is appreciated. Regards Shibashrit
