Domstall baby drops
My son is 1.5 months old, he spits up sometimes vomits the entire milk, I am giving domstal drops before feed, he doesn't vomits whenever the drops are given otherwise he vomits if there is a gap of week or so without drops.
So how long or for how many days do I continue domstal baby drops. Pls advise
