Dolo 650mg - 30 tablets OverDosage

Asked for Male, 28 Years

One of my friend took 30 Dolo 650 mg and only treated after 7 hours of consumption; she is still in observation and doctors saying they need to see 2 more days to decide condition of patient; they also mentioned it may badly impact liver or kidney; Please answer how soon she recover(age : 28); and as of now under treatment for the last two days in ICU and she is conscious.
