Doctor my anti rabies vaccination schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal and i took 1st dose ( Day 0 ) but today again a street dog bite me so what should i do now should Re-start vaccination from Day 0 ??

No need to restart the course. Stick with your ongoing schedule. But need to evaluate the depth of your wound at present and decide on requirement of providing you with immunoglobulin. If wound is superficial and exposure was mild, then you continue your ongoing vaccination schedule after receiving first aid at the bite site.
