Does vitamin b12 cause trouble in walkin
Hi doctor,
I have C5-C6 mild Posterior Disc Bulge so Since from December I took homeopathic treatment (3 months) for the same. My symptoms (cervical back headache,neck pain ) almost cure but right now when am going for walk I feel like am getting fall (but won't happen) when I asked my doctor about the same . He is saying it is because of vitamin B12 diffency . So my question is is this because of B12 diffency or still my disc Bulge is not cure ?
Is there still any nerve is getting pinch?

Go for a fresh Ct scan of your neck. Basically this is due to not balancing in nerve connection. Vit B12 is also important for proper nerve conduction.
Whenever nerve is press then also problem occur in walking.
Next Steps

U feel like getting fall, it is a balancing problm so may be nerve root compression remain.. You go through further investigation like x-ray to rule out.
If it is ok than think of other cause like nutritional deficiencies and anaemia etc.
