Does urticaria have white pus tip

Question

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I had urticaria sometime .now it's reduced from past 2 months. From past 10days I see I get something like a hive on my face everyday. It becomes a pimple next day with white pus tip. I am now confused whether I am getting hive or it's just pimple. It looks like hive first day and then becomes like pimple next day. Urticaria is suppose to go away next day without any lesions . Please suggest what actually it is. And it happens only on my face.

Urticaria does not have any pus point. Which medicines are you using for your urticaria. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Its pimple you have to take separate treatment for it.
