This report diesnot seems to be cancerous as they mentioned reactive lymph nodes. But if you have doubt still to understand the cause it requires biopsy. But usually acute onset lymph nodes will subside with a course of antibiotics or resolution of infection. If persistent or increase after 2 to 4 weeks inspite of antibiotics it requires further evaluation by using biopsy
