Does isopil 20 tablet affect health

My dermatologist has said to take isopil 20 tablet once a day for six weeks , as i have acne My question is that is it safe to have that tablet because Generally my bp remains high, i generally feel dizzines all day , i have some anxiety issue As that tablet contain isotretinoin i want to know is it safe to have that. I am 17 year old male.
