Does high blood sugar effects body tempe

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Yesterday i felt weak in my body.And this morning suddenly my body temperature went up and down I felt in my body that it raise up from my feet to my head and my jaws started to be heavier. I want to know whether it is a sign of covid or it is because my sugar level is high 311 as checked in the morning. Or it is a sign of heart attack or cardiac arrest?

Get temperature checked with thermometer.. If its really high get RT PCR looking into covid scenario.. Sugar levels definitely very high need to get controlled.. Consult endocrinologist
