  4. Doctor said that i have PCOD. Pregnant?

Doctor said that i have PCOD
I have not got my periods from last 2 months and...so today i have go for an ultrasound.. My ultrasound says that my endomentrium is 4.5mm in thickness and is centrally placed...both ovaries are normal in size and echopattern with multiple small follicles seen in peripheral arrangement...am i pregnant? 1
