I had left hypochondriac abd pain 3 weeks ago
Got usg and blood tests done. It showed elevated
Crp-20, ESR-40 and mild perisplenic fluid in usg report.I took levoflaxcin and pantoprazole for 1 week. Later the pain started at right hypochondriac region and also at lower abdomen . Then I got one ct abdomen and pelvis plain scan done. In that perihepatic and perisplenic fluid were seen. Then I got body checkup done in that dengue NS1 , hepatitis A were positive. Vit D -8 ui,
TSH- 7.7. Later i consulted general physician, he told nothing to worry as these are acute viral infections and will go off on their own . No need for medications and prescribed vit d capsules.and asked to self manage about food. But even after several days my pain was not decreasing so I consulted Gastroenterologist and explained everything,he also said the same and prescribed cremadiet, gaviscon. He then told to monitor temperature daily AM and PM. Now I'm having indigestion, GE reflux, tiredness and low grade fever.
