Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi Doctor I am 7 month pregnant and m tested positive for covid.Doctor has given clavam 625 antibiotic.This antibiotic is causing throat and chest burning sensation.Should i continue it? Also can covid harm my baby? M havi g symptopm of coughing and throat ache. So what all measures should i take to recover soon since m pregnant i cannot take general medicines and home remedies like kadha.
