If IgM is positive then yes.What are your platelet counts .Treatment for dengue is just managing its symptoms.Here what to do 1.Increase your fluid intake. 2.Take paracetamol for pain or fever. 3.Repeat platelet ct every 3 days(if <50000,then get admitted even if you dont have any symptoms.Hospital admission is for monitoring in case you have bleeding. 4.You can take papaya extract or T caripill 500mg 12 hourly .(after consulting a doctor) 5.watch for rash or itching on your body. You dont need to take paracetamol as it will not help you otherwise than removing fever. Better you consult nearby homeopathic physician and start homeopathic treatment to get overall releif.
