Do i need chemo+ radiation if yes hw mny

Uterus with bilateral adnexa, Underwent diagnostic laproscopy+ Radical hysterecomy BPLND UNDER GA on 21 feb 2017 . Hispathology shows Moderately diffrentiatesd invasive sq. Ca grade 3b tumor size 4.5 , tumor infilratez cervical walland into paramaterial tissue, lymphati tumor emboli r seen, no unequi ocal perineural invasion seen, isthmus n endometrium are uninvolved, myometrium shows leiomyoma, vaginal cuff free,right left ovaries n fallopian tubes r unremarkable Leff peliv lymph noode, metastatic sq ca with perinodal infiltratio(4/22) Right pelvic lymph node , metastatic sq ca with perinodal infiltration (1/16). NO DIABETES, BP, ANYOTHER PROBLEM . Please advise if any additional treatment req and chances of survival
