Do I have a vaginal infection

I am a 19 year old, female to male transguy who has never had sexual intercourse and has been on testosterone for a year. When I touch my vagina I and smell my hands there is a slight fishy odour. I have a little bit of discharge sometimes that can be a bit yellow. Inserting anything into vagina hurts as it is dry (possibly due to vagina) and using lube burns. I can't even put a finger in my vagina. My vagina has always been like this, since 12, so do I have a vaginal infection, or is it natural
