Hi. Loosing 2kgs weight in 2 weeks without following a diet and, workout is something, but, if you’re thinking that you lost a kg in 6 hours (as you mentioned about your 45-44kgs journey in the evening and early morning thing) is nothing but, the actual weight you have of your body. Your actual weight, is what you measure early in the morning. I’ll advice you to take a proper balanced diet, and, take frequent meals.
Next Steps
Connect with me through Practo, for further guidance.
Health Tips
•Drink plenty of water. •Avoid Junk, Oily and Fatty food. •Take small frequent meals (6-8 times in a day). •Regular Workout.
