My brother age 15 having DNS Choncabullosa ..
Is there no medicine for treatment of this ..Doctor suggest for surgery.. Pls suggest me if I should go for surgery or to consult to any other doc .. I'm attaching his report ..pls see

Surgery is needed only if patient is symptomatic. wait till 18 years then go for surgery ,if chronic sinusitis is there ,along with snoring, sleep disordered breathing.

But it should be correlated with clinical symptoms

hi actually it should also be comfirmed with CT PNS. once it is confirmed the only treatment for concha bullosa is surgery ( conchoplqsty) if he is asymptomatic no need of surgery
